Syracuse has chapter leadership in place to host membership meetings in the Central New York Region. Laurie Venditti, InfraGard Member since 2003 with the Metro NY Alliance, serves the National Board of InfraGard as Committee Chairman for Regional Communications and Community Outreach. Ms. Venditti is founder of the Satellite Alliance Leadership Committee to oversee the growth of the local membership and its affiliation with the Albany InfraGard Alliance.

Ms. Venditti has been an active member of InfraGard since 2003. She serves the National Board of InfraGard as Chairman of the Community Outreach Committee and Co-Chairman of the Regional Communications Committee. Ms. Venditti is the founder and Chair of the InfraGard-Syracuse Chapter reporting into the InfraGard Albany Alliance.
With32 years of corporate business and security experience Ms. Venditti has held leadership positions with companies such as Alpha Group Investigations (corporate security), Archer Schoen Associates (security management consulting), Autonomy (content analytics), Total Recall Corporation (video surveillance technology) Command Systems (technology integration),. CIS Corporation (FInancial Leasing), and Magnavox CATV (Broadband) For the past 9 years, Ms. Venditti has applied her experience into the Public and Private Security Sectors offering technology solutions for law enforcement and public safety applications. She has attended the FBI’s DSAC Domestic Security Advisory Academy in Quantico, VA and the New York City Citizen’s Academy.
Ms. Venditti is a member of the International Association of Crime Analysts and has served as Corporate Liaison for the FBI & Fordham University’s ICCS International Cyber Conference in 2009 & 2010. She currently lives in her hometown of Manlius, NY.
Frank Cirillo, InfraGard-First Vice Chairman
Director of Security, SRC
Frank Cirillo is the Director of Security at SRC, a research and development company with over 50 years of experience in defense, environment, and intelligence. Together, SRC and SRCTec, its manufacturing and logistics support company, are redefining possible by delivering unique, next-generation solutions of national significance in defense, environment, and intelligence.
Mr. Cirillo has security oversight and compliance responsibility for the Facility Security Officers (FSOs) activities at all of SRC’s locations: Arlington, VA; Chantilly, VA; Charlottesville, VA; Aberdeen, MD; Dayton, OH; Denver, CO; Hanover, MD; San Antonio, TX; Rome, NY; and locations in Syracuse, NY, including SRC’s corporate headquarters.
Mr. Cirillo has over 30 years of experience in a variety of U.S. Government and commercial programs, space and radar systems, unregulated utilities and contract security. He has provided oversight to collateral and special access programs and Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) programs at SRC as well as other U.S. Government contractors such as Lockheed Martin, Loral and United Technologies.
His experience also includes security and logistical support for the launching of satellites on three continents. He provided security support in the development and manufacture of the Abrams tank turbine engine. He has developed and implemented security plans/programs in response to post 9-11 requirements. His in-depth experience enables him to understand security challenges relating to the collection, processing, analysis, production, and distribution of intelligence information.
Mr. Cirillo is a former member of National Executive Board of INFRAGARD, NCMS National Board of Directors; the International Security Managers Association; and the Overseas Security Advisory Committee. Additionally he is an active member of the American Society for Industrial Security (ASIS International).
Mr. Cirillo holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Hofstra University, Hempstead, NY; and a master’s degree in business administration from Long Island University. Mr. Cirillo also attended the California Institute for Specialized Training for disaster management and several intelligence training schools and is a graduate of the Georgetown University International Security Management Association Leadership Program.

Viewpoint provides Interactive Security Monitoring services across the country through their voice and video monitoring and verifications center.
Infinit Technology Solutions is a distributor for technology products in the fields of Security, Information Technology and Telecommunications. Infinit partners with companies such as AXIS, Cisco, Avaya, Nortel and many more to provide not just product but on-going technical support and service.
PCC provides Project funding and leasing services that can include hardware, software, service agreement, labor and most other costs you wish to include in a purchase not typically financed with bank loans.
Bob has 30 years experience in the security industry. Bob is a former Sonitrol Dealer (Syracuse NY) selling out in 1995. Bob was the VP of Sales & Marketing where he managed a national network of Security Alarm Dealers and Integrators; VideoSave provided complete service for the transmission, archiving and viewing of video information across the Internet.
Bob was the VP/Director Homeland Security/Integrated Systems for Smart Interactive Systems, Inc., part of the Magal Group. Smart Interactive provided interactive video security monitoring services in targeted markets.
He held Regional Directorship positions (HealthCare Services and Northeast National Account Director) with Tyco/ADT Fire and Security.
